We currently ship within the United States.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • Flat $10 standard shipping applies to all domestic orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Zarwa is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.
Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Returns are not accepted for accessories, final-sale items, or intimate wear.
