1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, new launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 — Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Express Shipping (optional): $25 — Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, weather, and carrier conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

4. Shipping Carriers

Zarwa works with reputable U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery nationwide.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
Zarwa is not responsible for delays, returns, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

6. Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other external factors.
Zarwa is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Zarwa is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to ensure their delivery location is secure.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed for shipment.
After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, customers are advised to report the issue promptly with appropriate proof (such as photos) for review and resolution.

10. International Shipping

At this time, Zarwa ships exclusively within the United States.
We are actively exploring options to offer international delivery in the future.
