Return & Exchange Policy

At Zarwa, we want you to love every piece you purchase.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, customers may choose a store credit or refund (if applicable).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Accessories (jewelry, scarves, etc.)
  • Undergarments and lingerie
  • Bodysuits
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

4. Return Process

  1. Ensure your item meets the return eligibility criteria.
  2. Submit a return request through your account or by contacting our support team.
  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Please note: Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded promptly after review.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please check with your payment provider first.
Processing times can vary between banks and credit card companies.

8. Store Credit

In some cases, customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.
Store credits never expire and can be used toward any future purchase at Zarwa.
